Both of us loves you so much it can't even be expressed in words (though if anyone is going to try, it will be Dimitri). We hope that you enjoy this token of our affection and gratitude for blessing us with your wonderful presence for another year.

[ The box contains a Fodlan-formatted calendar. It's beautifully laid out and sports Dimitri's penmanship with important dates and anniversaries marked. The pictures however...
The first one is of Byleth and Dimitri both working outside in the garden. Well. Working is a strong word. They are both nude except for work aprons neatly covering just enough, and they are both smeared in mud. Both wearing flower-crowns, Byleth holds a rose between his teeth, and Dimitri is 'accidentally' spilling potting soil down his massive boobs.
The next features them in the kitchen. They are wearing even less in this, and the aprons are much smaller and frillier. They're baking something, though Dimitri has appeared to have dropped the dough, and the way he's leaning down to fetch it with a very exaggerated 'oops' expression leaves him nearly bursting out of his apron.
Another features them both giving a Wyvern a bath. Wearing way-too-tight shirts and little else. They seem to be getting more water on each other than on the Wyvern.
Some are singles of Dimitri, and others of Byleth, both in increasingly compromising poses and scenarios. The last page has them both buck naked, laying in bed with little else but ribbons hiding their delicates. The message scrawled across the top reads; WE LOVE YOU DEDUE. ]
