[ That was a whole. Verbal adventure Corrin just took him on. The bits of information about his life are not missed though. Something Byleth may have to inquire about later. Right now he focuses on keeping this drunk twink under control.

Don't worry Corrin, you aren't the first person to try to recruit Byleth.

The comment about hugging does get a little huff of amused endearment. ]

I do prefer hugging to fighting. I'll give you plenty of hugs if you behave and do as I say tonight. How about that?

They do manage to make it home, and Byleth totes Corrin to his own room, laying him down in bed and tucking him in. He fixes him up with a few glasses of water and some pain killers for the morning, along with some basic toast and butter so he has something other than alcohol in his stomach. ]

There we are. All cozy. I'll be out in the living room if you need me, just call. And tell me if you feel like you might get sick, okay?
